CHARTER OF CLUB RYOSHI

Preamble
We, the undersigned, hereby establish Club Ryoshi as a solemn community dedicated to the ideals of fellowship, personal growth, and decentralized innovation. Inspired by the mysterious teachings of Ryoshi, we stand united in our mission to foster a spirit of camaraderie and collective responsibility among holders of the Ryoshi NFT. Let this Charter serve as our guiding instrument, defining the structure, values, and governance of our Club.
Purpose
Club Ryoshi exists to promote harmony, cooperation, and the pursuit of knowledge in the web3 space. Our objectives include:
Encouraging Decentralization: We champion the principle that true power resides in a strong, united community, rather than in any single authority.
Elevating Innovation: We seek to explore novel ideas, champion creative expression, and continually push the boundaries of blockchain technology.
Nurturing Loyalty and Service: Through shared initiatives, mentorship, and collaboration, we support each other’s progress while honoring Ryoshi’s ethos of humility and unity.
Officers
Meme Lord (Presiding Officer): Charged with guiding the community, organizing official gatherings, and overseeing Club affairs.
Meme Lieutenant (Deputy Officer): Assists the Meme Lord, ensuring continuity of leadership and harmony in all proceedings.
Appointed Officers: As the community grows, other officers may be appointed by the Principal Officers to address emerging needs (e.g., Treasurer, Chronicler).
Membership
Club Ryoshi recognizes two levels of membership:
Ronin (Initiates):
Requirement: Hold at least one (1) Ryoshi NFT to gain initial entry.
Role: Prospective members, guided by full members in understanding the Club’s values and lore.
Samurai (Full Members):
Requirement: Hold at least ten (10) Ryoshi NFTs and undergo a formal acceptance process.
Role: Voting members with the right to hold office, mentor Ronin, and shape the Club’s direction.
Vision
At the heart of this community lies the wisdom of our enigmatic founder, Ryoshi, whose life and work symbolize selfless contribution and the transformative power of decentralized collaboration. Although Ryoshi’s identity remains shrouded, his influence endures in the guiding tenets of Club Ryoshi:
Decentralized Governance: Strength emerges when control is shared, and every member carries responsibility for the whole.
Service and Humility: No single individual is above the community; all who contribute in good faith are equal in Ryoshi’s eyes.
Innovation for Good: Blockchain technology is a tool to empower people, foster creativity, and transcend conventional barriers.
Rights:
Respect and Fellowship: Every member is entitled to dignity, fair treatment, and camaraderie.
Access to Knowledge and Records: Members can review the Club’s core decisions and archives.
Voice in Governance: Samurai have voting rights and can propose motions; Ronin may attend open discussions and submit ideas.
Duties:
Loyalty to the Club: Members pledge to advance the community’s objectives and to avoid actions that jeopardize its reputation or assets.
Active Participation: Members are encouraged to attend gatherings, share insights, and contribute to initiatives.
Guardianship of Values: Each member upholds the spirit of collaboration and respects the teachings of Ryoshi, defending the Club from malicious acts or exploitation.
Ratification
By the authority vested in the Principal Founder and with the consent of all signatories, this Charter is hereby ratified on March 20, 2025. It shall be maintained as the supreme document governing Club Ryoshi. Any amendments require approval by a supermajority of Samurai.
Henceforth, let all who hold the Ryoshi flame carry it with dignity, upholding the Club’s ideals in word and deed, so that our fraternity may endure and flourish in the ever-evolving frontiers of Web3.
